Yasmine Mustafa
CEO and Co-Founder
Yasmine Mustafa channels her personal experiences as a refugee and worker in unsafe conditions into her leadership at ROAR. With over 15 years of technology leadership, including the sale of her first company, she is driven by a mission to protect others.
With over 15 years of leadership in technology, including the successful sale of her first company, 123LinkIt, to a Silicon Valley firm, Yasmine brings a wealth of experience to ROAR. Her passion for leveraging technology for social good is evident from her previous work with a non-profit aimed at teaching women to code in a supportive environment. Recognized by the BBC, CNBC’s Upstart 100, and the City of Philadelphia, Yasmine is also a sought-after speaker, having presented at TEDx, SXSW, and CES. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, and spending time with her family. Yasmine’s drive to eliminate workplace harassment fuels her leadership at ROAR. Yasmine is a recognized speaker and advocate for leveraging technology for social impact, and she enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with family.
Mahmoud Odeh
COO & Co-Founder
Mahmoud Odeh oversees ROAR’s operations, focusing on data-driven decisions and collaborative leadership. He has successfully navigated the company’s shift from B2C to B2B and helped secure major partnerships. His background includes managing operations and finance at Solve Media. Mahmoud is an avid traveler and Philadelphia sports fan.
Rich Nelson
Co-Founder, VP of Product & Hardware
Rich Nelson applies his mechanical engineering expertise to develop ROAR’s patented safety systems. He has a background as a mechanical engineering consultant and entrepreneur, with a BS in Science and Mechanical Engineering. Rich also volunteers as a STEM mentor.

Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Charly Livock leads ROAR’s sales and marketing efforts, bringing extensive experience from the hospitality industry. An accomplished former diver and certified NLP Trainer, she is dedicated to using technology to make a positive impact. Charly enjoys cooking, camping, and spending time with her family.

Vice President of Customer Operations

Farrokh Abadi is a global executive with extensive experience in high-tech industries and leadership roles. Known for his strategic and customer-focused approach, he advises ROAR with his background in electronic security and oilfield services. Battery-powered and utilizing wireless mounting options, the system is easy to install and deploy. Available in wearable and fixed under-the-desk forms, it is designed to be both cost-effective and flexible.
